By using Minotrace you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Beta

Minotrace on the web is free. It's in beta: features may change or be removed, and things may break. Save your boards to a file regularly.

Your content and responsibility

• Your boards are yours. We don't claim any rights over them.
• You are responsible for the data you put in Minotrace, including personal data about other people. Make sure you have a lawful basis to process it under the laws that apply to you and to your organization.
• Don't use Minotrace for anything illegal, to harass or stalk anyone, or to upload malware or content you have no right to share.

Shared boards

Shared boards are encrypted in your browser and stored without the key (see Security). Shared boards are deleted 12 months after you create them, and we may remove shared data sooner if needed, for example in case of abuse, legal requirements, or storage limits. Don't rely on a share link as your only copy.

No warranty

Minotrace is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, resulting from your use of Minotrace.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use Minotrace means you accept the updated terms.
